Refund PolicyThe Augusta Opera is confident that our customers will find our services fair, competitive, and industry leading. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your ticket purchase, we will gladly credit your credit card for the full ticket price less handling and convenience fees. The Money-Back Guarantee is available only if: • All Tickets purchased in a single transaction are returned in good condition no later than 36 hours prior to the day of the show; and This Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the standard ticket charges. It does not apply to any additional fees charged for postage, handling, or other convenience charges clearly marked on the ticket receipt. No refunds will be issued 36 or less hours prior to the time of show. Any cancellations must be received and confirmed via our customer service department prior to this 36-hour window. After calling the customer service department, you will receive an RA number, which is essential for you to have if you have any future questions regarding your refund. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or fax. Cancellations are not deemed valid until all purchased tickets are received at the address below, checked for validity, and processed by our customer service department. The Augusta Opera Delivery Methods and TimingTickets purchased online or through The Augusta Opera box office are delivered according to the delivery schedule outlined below: IN PERSON PURCHASE: Tickets are delivered immediately upon payment. WILL CALL: Tickets will be held for pick-up at the venue on the day of the show, 2 hours before show time. MAIL: Tickets will be mailed using regular United States Postal Service. Allow 5 business days for delivery. PRINT AT HOME: Tickets are printed by the purchaser on their own printer. |
